How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our local or International suppliers. Therefore please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive. This also takes into consideration extreme delays by carriers.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you have not already received your confirmation email with tracking please send us a message in our Get Help. It would be our pleasure to ensure you receive this.

What if I want to return an item?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Returns can be made by emailing us at customerservice@AthenasBoutique.com to let us know why you'd like to return your item. Please note Athena's Boutique does not pay for the return shipping. 
In addition, please note that product must be returned in original package it was shipped in to qualify for a return and original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items being returned must still have tags, no signs of use or animal hair, and return tracking must be sent within 7 days of purchase. Returns qualify for store credit only.
Items on sale, toys, and beds are final sale and are non-returnable.
Athena's Boutique is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
 
Exchanges: 
At this time we are not able to offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you would like to replace your current order, and simply return the item you don't want to keep.

Shipping and Delivery

Often  times deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.

Multiple Packages

Athena's Boutique utilizes multiple warehouses to fulfill orders as fast as possible. You may receive your orders in multiple packages. Tracking information can be provided for each parcel. If you do not receive an automatic email please contact us and it would be our pleasure to assist you.
